Kula REvisited!
Over 40 bands enlisted in this years
gitarijada in Kula, and just 18 of them got their chance to
play in three-day competition of this, we can now say, slowly
but surely traditional gitarijada. For the finale on the third
day, only 8 bands qualified, all of them in the top of their
music genres, but only 3 bands climbed the stage for their well-deserved
ovations as the best of this years Kulska gitarijada.
Oroz did it all; all three phases of the tournament,
and amongst bends Gun Sale (1st place) and
Erupcija (2nd place), claimed the prestigious
3rd place!
«Today is a big day for
us, and non of us expected this much success. When we heard
that we qualified for the finale on the third day, we were happy
that we got another chance to play our music to those fans,
who gave us their huge support despite the fact that we are
relatively unknown to them.
It is our belief that the bends Gun Sail and Erupcija absolutely
deserve their place at the very top, but the other bands that
contended for the third place have every right to stand shoulder
to shoulder beside us. Our thanks goes to all, for the great
support you have given us! – Oroz
For two days of the competition, Oroz
introduced itself to the fans with their songs: Prljava
Igra, Ti Mozes Sve, Stranac and Ludilo,
which were greatly appreciated by the fans.

absolutely everyone: The organizers, technical crew, roadies,
sound technician, security personnel, «the guy holding
the cables», even the waiter! They are truly a well-oiled
machine, doing their best, and don't worry, we'll be back!»
